2. About UdanX

UdanX is an international education and global mobility consultancy supporting students who wish to study and build their future in Germany. Our services include admissions guidance, APS assistance, student visas, German language classes, blocked accounts, accommodation, health insurance, residence permits, Opportunity Card guidance, spouse and family reunion visa guidance, airport pickup, settlement support, and related consultancy services. Unless expressly stated otherwise, UdanX operates independently and does not represent any university, embassy, immigration authority, or government agency.

3. Scope of Services

Our role is to provide professional guidance based on information available at the time of consultation and official requirements published by relevant institutions. External policies, admission criteria, tuition fees, visa requirements, and immigration regulations may change without notice.

4. Client Responsibilities

You agree to provide accurate, complete, and truthful information. All documents submitted must be genuine and lawfully obtained. UdanX is not responsible for delays, refusals, or losses resulting from inaccurate or misleading information provided by the client.

5. Fees and Payments

Where fees apply, they will be clearly communicated before any paid service begins. Third-party charges such as university fees, APS fees, visa fees, insurance, translations, blocked accounts, courier charges, and government fees are separate unless stated otherwise. Where applicable, our Refund & Cancellation Policy forms part of these Terms.

6. Admissions, Visa and Immigration Decisions

UdanX provides consultancy and documentation support but cannot guarantee admission, scholarships, visa approval, residence permits, Opportunity Cards, or any immigration outcome. Final decisions are made solely by universities, embassies, immigration authorities, and government agencies.

7. Accuracy of Information

We strive to keep website information accurate and current. Users should verify important information directly with the relevant university or authority before making decisions.

8. Intellectual Property

All website content, branding, logos, graphics, text, blogs, downloads, and designs are the intellectual property of UdanX or its licensors and may not be copied or reused without prior written permission.

9. Third-Party Services

Our website may link to third-party services. UdanX is not responsible for their content, availability, decisions, or privacy practices.

10. Website Availability

We aim to keep the website secure and available but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. We may modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the website without prior notice.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, UdanX shall not be liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from admissions, visa decisions, policy changes, delays, third-party actions, or events beyond our reasonable control. Where liability cannot legally be excluded, it is limited to the amount paid directly to UdanX for the relevant service.

Use of our website and services is also governed by the UdanX Privacy Policy, which forms part of these Terms.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of India. Any dispute shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the competent courts in Gujarat, India, unless otherwise required by law.
